Miragron ER 50 Tablet is used to treat overactive bladder. It contains Mirabegron,, which relaxes the muscles of the urinary bladder and decreases its activity. In some cases, this medicine may cause side effects such as nausea, constipation, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness, and increased heart rate.
